PROJECT #3: CHRISTIAN'S SENIOR RESIDENCE
Location: Nanaimo BC, Canada
OVERVIEW
With a worldwide aging population upon us. Don and several
ministry friends have seen the need for a safe, caring and
enjoyable Christians "home" for our seniors. A house
has been purchased in his home town of Nanaimo, British Columbia
and is now available for senior occupancy.
Dunn Place is a spacious 7 bedroom home with scenic ocean
and mountain views where full-time, qualified personal attention
will be given to each resident, in a warm and friendly Christian
family setting.
We offer the ideal living environment for anyone who has
reached the place in life
where they might need a little help in day to day living.
Why not allow our youthful and kindhearted helpers to take
care of the “details”
so that you can fully enjoy your well earned retirement.

The heart’s desire of each fully trained staff member
at Dunn Place will be to provide a safe and happy atmosphere,
where each person is completely cared for and comforted in
their golden years.
Take a stroll by the beach, watch the deer in
the beautiful backyard, or simply read a favourite book by
the cozy fireplace...the
choice is yours and we’ll be there to help you enjoy
life to the fullest. Short and long term residency for singles
or couples is available, with each guest having their own
private room, TV, internet, (and telephone upon request).
Bring along your favourite chair to make it just the way you
want. Exercise equipment, piano, 2 living/family rooms with
large screen TVs and gas fireplaces are available for all
to enjoy and bathrooms are located in, or within
a few steps of each bedroom.

Three nutritious home cooked meals will be served daily, along
with tasty snacks (as requested). Special dietary needs will
certainly be taken into consideration and birthday celebrations
are something we’ll all look forward to.
Licenced and experienced staff will provide transportation
for normal medical services, church attendance, shopping
and various other outings.
In some cases, financial assistance may be available for those
applicants who are in need. This will be on a first come first
serve basis and as the Lord provides.
